My journey with food and wellness began at my Grandma Eunie’s table, where she inspired my love for cooking with her famous pastries and hearty Midwest meals. Working in restaurants from Seattle to San Francisco, I learned cooking techniques and wine pairings that deepened my culinary passion. This love for sharing food eventually led to the creation of my original blog, Cooking Loves Company as a space for health inspiration and nutritious recipes. My aim is to empower others to find joy in preparing wholesome meals and to make cooking an enjoyable and nourishing part of life.
In 2009, I began my career as an Esthetician in San Francisco, quickly finding my passion in clinical skincare. I spent seven years working alongside Dr. Kathleen Welsh in a top Bay Area dermatology practice, refining my expertise in results-driven skincare techniques like chemical peels, micro-needling, and dermaplaning. Today, I offer holistic skincare treatments that blend relaxation with visible, lasting results, drawing from both my Health Education background and personal wellness journey. Now back in Kirkland, I enjoy cooking for my family, spending time outdoors, and creating new recipes to share with you. Join me on this journey towards radiant health—both in the kitchen and beyond!
At A Greater Whole we prioritize skin wellness without compromising internal health, which is why we offer prescription strength organic skincare products, and use powerful, regenerative, bio-stimulators such as exosomes and peptides during our treatments.
